  • Develop commercialization plan and market analysis
  • Prepare all attachments (biosketches, facilities, etc.)
  • Internal technical review and mock study section
  • Iterate based on your team's feedback

Weeks 9-10

Submit

Final compliance check and submission

  • Final compliance verification
  • Format all documents per agency requirements
  • Coordinate with grants office (if applicable)
  • Submit via appropriate portal (eRA Commons, Research.gov, etc.)
  • Provide post-submission debrief and next steps
